I honestly do not recommend Jess. DrCookie added her and said he might be interested in her services, she responds with, "Okay" and Cookie gave a short description and she was just listening and Cookie asked her if she was going to offer her service, she said "maybe" if he sent her the information, she wanted to know his budget and he eventually said $3 and she wanted him to send the info, without at all discussing if he was actually going to use her and she takes that time to send him something that didn't meet his requirements. Now, you may ask why he didn't just say that, well because she didn't ask, she just started working on it and when he wanted it longer, she refused and still wanted payment.

She even went as far as saying, "You offered, not me. You should've looked into it first." Which is what he was trying to do and Cookie ended up having to pay a price for not paying up.

As OP is requesting for something so much larger, I do not recommend them going to Jess as OP will not have a say if he wants it longer and he'll be stuck with a scam report if he doesn't want to pay up, just like DrCookie. I believe Jess is still the same as she has been since Sept. due to my own experiences with her.
