Looking for someone with a bit of experience to work with me

I'm working on getting a highly customized map for a server ready and decided that I'd like to have someone to work with me on it. There are a few things I'm stumped on that could use some help with, some changes on the map for example, setting up group permissions correctly, and so on. I have no problem with funding the server on my own, and can either pay for your time or share in any income the server makes.
