I need them to inform me what program to get and teach me how to create good products.
I don't want to be taught hand drawn.

Hello oSuchAG0D,

For the program, You will need adope photoshop CC.
I highly recommend it because it is a good application to use to make threads, logos and animated banners.

There are also a lot of tutorials on Youtube that You can watch to teach You.

Not animated banners.

And good luck finding anyone that will do this for free.
