I can do this, but if you want me to build on your server I will take 50-75% of the negotiated price ahead. The amount of times my comissioner has suddenly stopped responding, made up their mind, run out of money or similar things after I finished a build is uncountable. This is the reason why Im asking so much ahead. Of course, it means that you would need to trust me not to run off with the money.
