Looking for spawn for a survival server

Hi.
I am in the works of thinking of making my own Survival server with a unique twist to it but before I get operations started on the backend, I am looking for a spawn. Here is all the information for what I am looking for.

So my server theme is going to be under a nordic, medieval type of server and I am looking for a survival spawn to fit that. So I am looking for something a little like Hypixels Skyblock spawn where you spawn in a village/town and there is stalls and a few farms, crate area and just the general stuff you'd see in a spawn like information boards and so forth. I am not looking for something big just something. Now with this spawn I want there to be a kingdom. So you walk out of spawn area down a path with farms at the sides and just that nice nature aside this path.

Now with this kingdom I want it to be pretty decent doesn't have to be too big but has to to be big enough - the reason for this is. Overtime I want to be able to add a story line to the server as like events that players can participate it for the kingdom and the spawn area in general so I am looking for something that is pretty unique.

With this spawn, I want to be able to use it as many times as possible in new worlds or if I were to create a custom generated world I am able to copy it into that world. The spawn is meant to be on the ground and terrain (not floating). With my current price range I do not expect there to be something big but if my price range can get me something that is decently well done with something that is pretty big then I'd be happy (we can make an agreement on this)

Additional information:
My price range: $50 but this can be arranged over messages.
Expected release: Not set (No rush) for the spawn
Something that is very clean with nature and terrain, etc
