Looking for Spigot ($)

Hey, I am developing my custom practice plugin, but I need a Spigot for things like knockback;

Doesn't matter if the spigot is public or private, obviously I am going to pay.
The spigot should be paper 1.8.8 base, and have things like kb modifier (x,y, friction, running), kb profiles, pot throw speed modifier, tcp no delay, another tweaks if can help on perfomance, but the most important thing it's have API (dev), for example, a method to set the player kb

Note: I liked zSpigot, but it's 1.7.10 base, has too much options for kb, that will be amazing on 1.8.8
