Looking for staff, advertiser, marketer and dev/configure

Hello mcm! I am one of the owners of the new server play.volgainmc.net! We are looking for some active staff, advertiser(completed), marketer and a dev/configure. The server for now is a factions server, but have plans to release more game modes in time! We have a new idea for factions none of us have ever seen before and are really hoping everyone can!

Advertiser - You would be in charge of advertising. Finding the cheapest way to advertise and the best way. Lots of time free and some of the times paid.

Marketer - You would be in charge of all things regarding marketing. Cheapest way to keep server up, best way for the server to receive more income and possibly more that i cannot think of at the moment.

Dev/Configure - You would be in charge of developing the server in a way which we do not require for you to use custom code for we already some. Knowledge of java is required though in case we do need some help with some things. Configuring is also a requirement because that at the start will be your main job.

All three of you would work together in a way (talking to each other giving each other ideas). You three would also be "monitored" by our new manager. You can report to him and us the owners. Working every single day is also not required at the start. When things start escalating there might be a point when you guys will need to work a lot. Obviously if work is done you can have a break for we are not a forcing team. Looking forward to work with you guys!
