Age: My current age is 14, soon to be 15! So this means i am coming close to year 10 for my GCSE's.

Timezone: My timezone is GMT (Greenwich Mean Time),the British timezone, however, i don't always play this schedule as i do play in the night sometimes.

Location: My location is Chelmsford, Essex in England. There's not much around here to do, so i just watch the world go by and play games. Although it is not too boring as something new happens every 10 seconds!

Hackers: Now everyone knows what a hacker or cheat is, they are a person who downloads illegal modifications to get an advantage over others. The obvious hackers are no problem at all. They set off mass alerts and get banned usually straight away without having to be SS'd.

Ghost Clients: Vape, cheese and many other ghost clients may be a little more tricky to find. especially paid vape but not so cracked vape. I know how to find most of these clients and keep the screen shares to minimal time as when you're SS'ing you're not monitoring the server. I would get the SS done as soon as possible but keep in mind that it has to be a thorough job.

Have you had any previous punishments on Impulsive Network ? No i have never had ANY punishments on the Impulsive Network and I will continue to keep my streak up of not having any punishments. If i do get staff i will encourage people to follow in my footsteps.

How many hours can you contribute to the server each day? I can contribute about 12 hours per day on Saturday & Sunday. On Monday - Friday i can contribute about 8 hours per day! I have left a copy of my schedule here:

Have you had any past staff experience? Yes, i have been staff on quite a few servers and have been staff on a server along with your newest staff member Tom (PamperzPvPz), we work well together as we have known each-other for a while now.Previously I have been staff on 3 servers and so i know how to run the commands and the rules etc. Being staff on a few servers does everyone well as you get to learn things. One of the things that i have learnt from my experience is that people will always try to argue, however if you listen to them and let them calm down you earn a little more respect,after-all everyone deserves for their opinion to be heard. Sometimes it might even be a little constructive criticism which if listened to could improve the server / yourself and lead to you being more experienced and the server giving people a better overall experience.

Why should you we accept you for staff? I think you should accept me for staff as i work well in a team or as an individual. I am always improving myself and always try my hardest. I interact with other people well and have very good communication skills. I enjoy giving presentations and have done so many that speaking to people is pretty natural to me. I enjoy being staff as it give's me a role and I like having jobs to do as once they are complete I can sit back in the knowledge that they were done efficiently and to the best of my ability. I am friends with most staff members so there would be no arguments on my side but just nice chats about the server and how we could improve. I generally just get along with others and don't take sides. I have a neutral attitude and don't pick fights with anyone.

I am active on disscord, slack, skype and teamspeak so i can interact on any platform. I understand the command's and when to use them. Since i experienced on the HCF community and being staff, i would be one of the easier people to train. I think i'm a kind, well doing player and always does what i'm told. I do things with no argument so i can't really cause an mayhem or trouble. I know how to spot hackers, but not just the obvious one. You can tell if they are using a Ghost Client or Auto Clicker because they land almost every hit.

Why do you want to become staff? I want to become staff as I like to feel that I have helped someone and/or have put a smile on their face or made someone's day. A lot of the time people are scared to talk to staff, I know a few times where I have come to staff for support but they haven't been much of a help at all. It was a terrible feeling as I thought, if there's no one on this server I can rely on I will just have to let it happen to me! This is not the case with me, as i said i do like to listen to people's opinions and try to resolve the situation. I also want to become staff as it is a fun experience helping people, muting, and even banning! I know when to have a laugh and when to be serious. When i have a role or job i make sure it gets done efficiently and do not mess around with it.

Illegal mods: Now these are the easiest to find as they open up the join.me and you can see straight away! There's recently been a new mod out call the 'More Partical Effect Mod' and it's really in debate right now. From my point of view, i think it should be allowed as the default minecraft already has it. You can turn your particals from Low to High and if people like seeing loads of particals when they pvp i dont think servers should worry about this as it doesn't really give an advantage over others.

Waypoint's Mod / MiniMap: Most Mod makers are coming out with Waypoints / MiniMap mods without player radar or players shown on the map, this make's a staff members life alot easier. Although it's easy to find out anyway! I am able to identify the mod and to be able to check if it has radar.

Schmetica: For Schmetica it's kind of mutual as it consists of 2 features and one of those features being 'Print'. I dont think this is very good as you should be making a base yourself and on SOTW people may take longer to build a base as they look up google images for designs. If you don't know what the print option is, all it is, is that it can build for you. As long as you have the blocks in your inventory it prints in down onto the world. Now, i use schmetica for SOTW (for bases) to see what it looks like in the actual world. And if i like it, i do all the printing my self block by block.

Schmetica reach: This is easy to find as it obvious to see if they have reach. Even if it isnt obvious in game i can still find it in their folders. This isn't as hard as a Ghost Client but still decently tricky. You can see it's obvious as if they are in water one person will turn and fight back and the other is getting insane reach. Although the opponent may be under water to get an under combo and the opposite can't hit him that is normal reach so i would have to monitor the player more!

Monitoring: For me, after i think someone is hacking i would dedicate to try and catch this dirty hacker! I would do the kill aura trick and such to try and catch him off guard (the killaura trick is to /v and go into normal mode behind him and see if he toggles on)

Commands: Since I have been staff on a few HCF servers I do tend to know the commands. It may take some getting used to though as some servers have /ss and some servers have /freeze.

Recording: I can record at 60fps using action, obs and ezvid. I edit my videos with sony vegas pro. I have a youtube channel and would enjoy making Staff Series / staff related videos. I would create a second channel to upload videos of hackers as a little more proof.

I am friendly and I am good with teamwork. Being good with teamwork is very important for staff. Sometimes it's not being staff which is hard it's working with other staff members. I am good with working with players and comprimising to make everyone happy. I know what hackers look like when they are hacking and have the patience to wait and watch possible hackers.
