A Realistic Survival Server
Hello and welcome to the official application thread of Quest. Let me welcome you as being the founders of this server, every staff member that joins from this point forward will officially be part of something great. This server is still in the works of being built, but it is almost time for release (1-2 months). Building the server efficiently and making sure there is no P2W tactics was the hardest part and took almost 3 months to do. During this time I have been struggling with what else to add and have realized that there is not much else to add for the release. It is now that I decided I would like some staff members to assist me on this project and make sure it runs smoothly, no matter the player base the server gets.A Realistic Survival Server
Immersive in-game mechanics:
Quest will feature many unique features such as Diseases, Weather, Tree Physics, Fatigue, Thirst, and many more unique features for the player base to enjoy.
Active development:
The current plan is to release new updates every 3 - 4 weeks to attempt to make it as realistic, but user friendly, as possible. I want to engage people to keep venturing around the map so they will be able to find hidden quests, discover new regions and even unlock personalized paths depending on how they play on the server.
Community Oriented:
Implementing new features, fixing others and creating new content based on polls and wishes from the community is what I strive to do. My desire is to not be just "that one survival server", but it is to be a server where players can come on and do as they please and not have to worry about following strict guidelines on what they need to do such as defending a base, being the top island, or slaying every person they see. Players who play on Quest will experience the life like survival tactics used by people centuries before us to attempt to survive and colonize the new found world of Quest.
I am planning to open the server to the public in late November or early December of 2018. So that is why I am requesting your help. I am in need of people who share the same vision as I, that are willing to go the extra mile to support the players of the community. Who are willing to compromise and adjust to changes brought up to the server. I need you.

Payment(s):
Quest is strictly payed for by the owner Dessi. Never will you be asked for your money to continue the server, this includes the Co-Owner position. However, I will always hold my staff accountable for anything they may do.
Once the running expenses for the server are payed for its respective month, then will be the time for payments. I can not guarantee the same amount of pay each month, and to this I apologize. I am just a 19 year old college student looking to create a server. However, if your rank is Co-Owner or an Administrator you may choose to be payed or do volunteer work. Of course, this may not be much money, but if it is something you are after I will do the best I can. Ranks such as Moderator and Helper are not paid. Due to the fact that these are considered "Entry Level" positions and I can not stretch my mostly used up budget that tightly. As for Twitch Streamers and Youtubers, I will always pay you as I see it as a form of advertisement, the price can be discussed. On top of that, all staff members and beta testers are entitled to a discount in the store. Staff-Members will receive a permanent 10% discount on most server items (With at least 2 months on the team). Beta Testers will receive a permanent 5% discount on most server items.
