Looking for staff for a new server

Hello, I'm looking to start a new server and I need some quality Coders, Admins, Builders and Staff to assist with us. You need to be 100% dedicated and yes. Please fill this out and I will decide if you can join our staff team. We are looking for coders/admins to code/setup plugins. Staff to make sure the players are happy. Staff will not be payed.
As of now it will be a prison server and we are starting off fresh, it will be called Infinity Network and the ip is still tbd. You would want to be staff on this server to get a fresh start with new staff and start a community with scratch. If you have any further questions, please ask below. The server will be whitelisted till 1 server is done.

Are any of these paid positions? What kind of server is it? Whats the ip? Any pictures of the server? Why would someone want to be staff on your server?

Honestly I agree with Kylew, when I had a server I could not pay staff, so I basically just built up friendships with good builders & coders, and if you can't do that, then you can learn how to code basic plugins yourself..

Ahh I see. You will not find a free coder. Most custom plugins that I have had coded are 50$+ and there not the biggest plugins. Good luck..

Maybe not coders but anyone that knows how to setup plugins on a server.
