Looking For Staff For A Skyblock Server!

I am happy to help out, I am experienced with plugin Config and know my way around Skyblock servers pretty well. Let me know
Server is nowhere near finished, and joining provided me with enough proof that the owner of the server has no idea what he is doing.
Spawn-point *IS NOT* set, so it's off center from where it is expected to be. Dying, getting killed, or doing /suicide anywhere results in you infinitely dying into the void since spawn isn't set. Any player dying will most likely never join once they find out they will never stop dying.
User uses both Groupmanager & Pex, even though you only need one in order to make permissions. Are most likely conflicting most of the time. Permissions seperated between two seperate permissions plugins is a hassle and an unorganized mess of absolute hell.
Server also has 'AntiLag' & 'ClearLag' installed, even though one plugin does the job. AntiLag spams the chat counting down from 10 when its "ready" to clear lag.
Anyone can do /?, so blocking /pl literally does nothing.
Tablist isn't even configured, and I'm sure showing your remaining amount of Health/Food in tablist is unnecessary, despite the fact that you can see both bars right in front of you.
Advertising an unfinished server with major mistakes and flaws makes you look like an absolute fool here.
