Looking for staff for an upcoming server

Hello everybody, we currently have a server which is in dev mood looking for staff we need experianced and mature players to apply and help us with the staff team it is a bungeecord 1.8 server which currently has 4 gamemodes OP Prison, Factions, Skyblock and KitPvP
Requirements:
Must be over 13 years of age
Must be mature
Must has a skype account (Microphone optional)
Accepted candidates will go through a skype interview and will be chosen based upon the answers
Accepted people must work there way from Helper and must never ask for promotions this will cause an instead demotion and removal of the staff rank

Why do you want this position: I eant this position because i feel i could help this new server out a lot, i can build, help players, Fix glitches/bugs, and help anyone in need of help that needs it. I am 13, and i'm busy with school and i will try to be on at the most i can, and will try my hardest to do my best.
What can you do for this server: i could help with player help, and fix problems that people have.
How do you think you can benefit the server with this rank: i think i could benifit the server by getting rid of hackers, and clearing the server of the toxic people that are in this community

Scenarios:
What do you do if a player is spamming repetedly after a warning: I would warn them for spamming, and then temp-mute them for 15 mins
What do you do if a player is constantly asking for OP/staff: Warn them, screenshot it, send it to a mod or admin, and mute them before i do this for 20 mins
what do you do if a player is disrespecting: Warn them, then mute them for 10m
