Hi! I am currently working in starting a server! This will be a Pixelmon, HCF (hardcore factions server)!

We are looking for:

DEVELOPERS- Must have made plugins before! Must know how to make sponge plugins! PAID!

ARTIST- Artists must have a portfolio and be willing to do the requested commissions whenever they come through! NOT PAID!

YOUTUBERS- YouTubers must have over 1000 subscribers! Proof of ownership! And be willing to record weekly videos! PAID!

STORY TEAM- The story team are responsible for coming up with great ideas for the servers immersive story line! NOT PAID!

EVENT TEAM- The event team work together to come up with events for the servers! NOT PAID!

Soo I think once you reach around 1k subs you deserve small payment as a youtuber. And having 1000 subs doesent mean theres 1,000 people watching each video. Just a suggestion to go off of view count.
