Looking for Staff Manager for Arkadia MC

Hello everyone, I'm the Co-Owner of Arkadia MC, a server looking to release sometime in the near future. Recently our Staff Manager resigned because we did not give him access to OP. It's our policy to not give OP, not even to ourselves (Unless necessary), we plan on using permissions to reflect the kind of power we would like our staff to have. Because of this we came here searching for a replacement Staff Manager. Before we get started I would like to get two things out of the way, we are specifically not looking for Staff Members that are not power hungry, Staff Managers are already at the top of our totem pole so having Staff that feel as if they don't have enough power is not a trait we're looking for. If there is a specific permission that you think is necessary for the role then it's okay to ask the owners or developer. The 2nd big thing we're not looking for with our Staff Manager is a server hopper. This role takes alot of time and dedication so if you apply for this role, this should be your only role in any server.
With that out of the way let me state what we expect from our Staff Manager;

Proper Moderation of our Staff Team
Recruitment of Necessary Personnel
Opinionated but Respectful (We love hearing opinions as long as it is not disrespectful.)
Professionalism (We expect you to be well versed in English.)
Loyal/Devoted (Don't feel like you have to live and breathe our server, but we don't want staff members moderating our server as well as others at the same time.)
Able to give leniency when needed while also having the understanding of when a punishment needs to be in place.
Actively tracking your activity on our Staff Schedule when the server is released. (The schedule sheet is sorted by days so it won't be very hard.)
Properly responding to Users or Staff Reports and responding accordingly.
Address server issues.
Work well with others.
Patient

Please note that we will not be paying the Staff Manager, however, that will change in the future once we begin receiving donations.

Age (16+)

I don't think that age refelect maturity. A 13 year old can be more mature than a 16 year old in my eyes.

Which is why I stated that he is free to prove me otherwise. We've had multiple negative experiences with members below 16, however that doesn't mean we won't accept young staff. We just need to know that something makes them stand out from the others.
