MC-M is not the place to be looking for staff :( best way to get staff is to advertise your server and get players who actually like the server and want to help out the server. In reality, no one on Mc-Market cares about your server

I think I am a nice, likeable character aha, I love working in servers and helping to it grow. It gives me that great sense of satisfaction. I would love to be a Head Admin or Admin , because I’m very use to the perms used and I know how to properly use the commands and function correctly on the server. As you should see I have loads of experience and am willing to work my hardest to make this server one of the best! I love helping new players and making them love the server even more! If a cheater is playing the server there would obviously be consequences to that. I can bring many things to the table like, inviting people on so the server will be sure to get new players every day! I love monitoring chat and making sure it is secure and child friendly as the game is loved by all ages. I will watch the whole of pvp, as most hackers use clients for their own satisfaction. I will keep coming up with new ideas to help grow and develop the server as well as finding new bugs that people weren't able to find before. I can react well to toxic kids on ts or playing on the server as I don't have a short temper. I will obviously tell them off for doing the wrong thing but at the same time not make them hate the server so they can come back. Unless it’s a hacker which we don't want aha. I’m also glad my application is for Admin or Head Admin, because with the experience I've had, I can help new servers any day.

I have gone through a lot of things with the staff experiences, including catching multiple hackers, working well as a with many of my staff teams and one was when we made one server extremely big which we built from the ground upwards.

I have been a staff member on a couple of servers from the past few years. My first experience was being a moderator on a OP prison server called Minebrawl which entirely did pretty well averaging up to 300 players at a time. Later on, I then decided to resign as, to be honest I found the server pretty dead after a while. Now it is sadly closed down. Another server I was staff on was called crispy pvp and it was a factions server. It was a genuinely new server so I decided to help it out and give it a bit of a boost. At one point it reached around 50 players at a time which really gave all the staff members confidence including me, knowing that we were doing a good job. Sadly, only recently the owner closed it. But both of these times it was very long term, so I still have a good idea on being a staff member. I also am a trainee in a prison server called mangoprisons, and a jr.mod on a server on a smp fac server called train21.
Admin Experience:
I am a Head Admin on a faction server called UltronPvP, A Staff manager/Admin on a prisons server called Capital Prisons, and a Head Admin on a kit pvp server called Tired Craft. (if you want proof PM me on discord please.)

So entirely I have a lot of experience being a staff member and would love to be a Admin/Head Admin on your server because, I don’t know if any other staff members have this, but I genuinely have that urge to always help other people because, honestly I love doing it.

I'm a really mature person and I have had my fair share of dealing with hackers, x-rayes, screaming kids on ts and scams. I have the urge and get satisfaction for helping all players, as I find it extreamely fun. I want to be able to help you server to do the same. On weekdays, I can probably go for 2-3 hours and on weekends and Im extreamely active. So PM on skype whenever you can. I would like to advertise for your server on different places. I have been a mod on multiple servers such as: Minebrawl, Emerald PvP,and Kitcraft
Minebrawl: The server was doing well for a while, but then I resigned from moderator because of the owners, continues thirst for money forcing everyone to buy ranks.
EmeraldPvP: This server was on for a few months ranging around 50 -60 players online. It was doing really well for a brand new factions server. I was really exicted on being staff there, but sadly the owner removed it because he didnt have enough funds to keep it going.
Kitcraft: Kitcraft was a pvp server which was pretty good during its time. There were customized OP kits and it was really fun. I found loads of hackers on there. I then quit Kitcraft because there were some internal drama and issues.
I hope you let me join your server as a senior mod. As I am experienced enough.

I would like to be a admin but if not something in the staff team lol. I am highly experienced with all the basic plugins and i use a lot of advanced and custom plugins i'm decent a building(i like building hubs).

I set up servers and i dont launch em cus i dont have much time to manage so its better if i become staff so i can go on like 3 hours a day.I use many advanced plugins such as guishop+ and crazy envoys and such . I love coding Websites (dont worry im no weeb)
