Thank you for taking the time to read through this thread, I'm looking for some talented folks to fulfill the following roles for a server that's been in the works for a couple of months now. While the server release date for factions is 8/22, the other servers are currently under development. Unfortunately, this task is too big for one person, hence the thread

Roles that are available
Admin
This role is paid. We can negotiate if the fit is right.
- Duties
- Evaluate beneficial plugins
- Help scale
- Optimize and implement plugins on test server
- Configure plugins (.yml, .json is a plus)
- Review lvl 3 tickets (back-end infra or plugin configurations)
- Maintain server logs and review fishy timestamps
- Review timings and pin point lag
- Nice to haves
- Basic network understanding
- Some basic linux understanding
- Think big picture/long term picture
Unfortunately this role is not paid, if the server grows and all goes well we can revisit this conversation.
- Duties
- Review player reports (network wide)
- Review ban appeals (network wide)
- Ban/Kick/Mute players (using litebans throughout the proxy)
- Review lvl 2 tickets and escalate if needed
While I'm not seeking a full time dev, I am looking for someone to reach out when needed for paid freelance.
