Looking for Staff | Non-paid positions

Hey MC-Market Users! Before you begin, you must understand that these positions are not paid.

I'm looking for staff members to be apart of my staff team.

I'm looking for the following:

Moderators - 6 positions left

We have two ranks on our staff team:

Operator (FULL) - We have four people who maintain and run the show. We will manage the staff team, help develop the server, and so on.

Moderators - We want moderators who can keep the server family-friendly and help take care of questions that the community may ask. We also want them to help stop rule-breakers and take care of situations that the community may create, such as spamming, flooding, and so on.

We have already set up our forums using NamelessMC & Xemah's wonderful template. http://duzforums.ga - We are using freenon for our forums domain. We will be getting a wonderful subdomain for our Minecraft server real soon.

I don’t think anybody will do dev work for free...

Hey! I totally agree with you in certain ways. If the developer can code Java plugins and such, that is definitely a paid position, but we aren't looking for that. I'm looking for "Developers" that can modify plugins (such as configs, etc). I would say that configuring plugins is not payment worthy. I'm able to configure plugins myself and I'm sure everyone on this MC-Market site could as well. All I'm saying is, the developers I'm looking for will most likely work for free because their job is quite easy. If they want to be paid as a developer, they do not have to work for us and could find another server to get a job from.

So say you're looking for a set-up specialist not a developer? The both completly diffrent. I can do set-ups "Configs" if you are willing to pay a daily rate (When i work) 3h Min.

I suppose I'm looking for someone that is a set-up specialist, but this person won't be setting up the server, just configuring plugins and fixing inside server issues. By the way, when I said "Non-paid," I mean non-paid. Don't advertise your services here unless it will be for free.

You're not going to find someone who will "config" for you who is good for free. But Good Luck and quit being a beg.

Actually, yes, I usually do find people who will do that for free. You don’t need to post here if you don’t want to be apart of the team as a non-paid staff member. Thanks!
