This is my first post and will try to explain the best i can.
I have a small server with a ~ 20 playerbase, the reason is because i'm looking
someone to help me on keep my server active. Administrator range maybe ?
Right now my server is lowering the numbers so fast and i'm out of ideas how to keep numbers up, tried some minigames and also hired a Youtuber but 0% success and now i want to try to hire someone with experience on small-medium servers-networks and see if works.
Since my server is located at South America, i love to have someone understand spanish.
I have a monthly budget of 100$ per month for this, and if things works i can raise the budget, i only send payments though PayPal.
