Looking For Staff Positions

Hello,
My name is Bryan. I am currently looking for staff on servers with a decent player base and have custom enchants. I have been staff on a little server called ReinforcedMC. It has about 50 players online on average. I was Helper+, so I took care of bans, mutes, SS'ing players and such. I was removed from the staff team because the higher staff would not supply me with the current ban or mute durations, so I made a ban and was removed for that reason. I am looking for a role in which I can:
- SS players
- Revive players
- Go in /v (Or staff mode) and watch out for hackers
- Ban or Mute players for punishments for breaking rules
