Looking for staff team for upcoming network

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of opening a network, and I need a staff team as follows:
- 2 builders
- 2 developers
- 2 administrators
- 1 owner (will own the server with me)
(moderators can be dealt with later)

All of these positions must be voluntary. I'm not ready to pay anyone yet, as I'm reserving money for advertising. You will, however, receive a percentage of equity in the server.

If you'd like to be staff, you must have previous experience. We're not looking to make a shit McDonalds network, I want to make a very clean and addicting network.

I see that we must have previous experience, but what experience do you have? Why should I start a network with you and not alone? What will you do?

I've owned several servers in the past, some being failures, some not. I've learned from those mistakes, though, and every new server I've made has been more successful.

My most recent servers have been very successful. I'm looking to expand, though.
