We are specifically looking for hardworking, determined Helpers that will go on to lead our many teams and subteams. As of now, we don't have much moderation staff, so promotions to Sr. Moderators or Admins are very possible. Our Staff Team has the following roles:​

Owner: The server Owners are in charge of making sure the bills get paid and that the team as a whole is running as efficiently as it possibly can. They are responsible for accepting Developers onto the team and approve all new updates with both the Content Creation Team and the Developers.

Admin: Our Admins are the leaders of our five Sr.Moderator teams. They work with the Sr.Moderators to ensure duties are being completed and the team is running efficiently. They also work closely with our owners to ensure the best experience possible on ExileMC!

Senior Moderator: Our Sr.Moderators are promoted from within the Moderator group. They have applied to join one of our teams which are: Recruitment, Content Creation, Forums Team, Customer Support, or Social Media. Their job overall is to focus on their specific team.

Moderator: Moderators are chosen from our group of Helpers based on those who perform excellently at their role. Moderators are responsible for maintaining a quality community environment on the server, Forums, and Discord. They have the ability to handle reports, punish for longer lengths of time, and the ability to join a Sr.Moderator team.

Helper: This is the first stage in the staff hierarchy, as a Helper your job is to assist players on the In-Game, on the Forums, and on the Discord. You're also responsible for issuing punishments to people who are breaking our rules. You're the face of our server and will undergo tons of training to help you succeed as a Helper!

We currently have 5 main teams. Our admins lead these 5 teams and there members are Sr. Moderators. They are:

Staff Management: Split into the Management and Recruitment Team! The Staff Management team’s aim is to teach and train Helpers and Moderators to become successful staff members. The Management team provides mentors for our moderation staff. These mentors help guide each and every one of our staff to achieve their promotions and make sure the team members are meeting expectations and working efficiently. The Recruitment team’s aim is to find the best, most experienced applicants to add to our staff team. Recruiters go through our Helper applications, conduct interviews, and narrow down our applicants to the best of the best!

Social Media: The Social Media team’s overall vision is to produce engaging content to reflect the EliteMC brand by showcasing our work through Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, and Discord. Anyone can create a Twitter post and be done with it, however it takes skill and creativity to create a pivotal post that will attract viewers and create powerful engagement. The more interactions and impressions, the more fresh and unique our media becomes.

Forums: The Forums Moderation team ensures that our Forums is always free from any inappropriate, irrelevant, and unnecessary content. They are also responsible for moving, deleting, locking, and archiving threads as needed. The forums team processes all ban/mute appeals made by our players and decides whether to deny or accept them.

Customer Support: The Customer Support team processes tickets submitted on our forums. They also deal with all problems related to in-game purchases, issues with chargebacks, etc.

Content Creation: The Content Creation team is responsible for all new content pushed out by our updates. They determine what content is best for our server what should be worked on by our development team.

We also have several subteams, some of which are:

Recruiter In-Training Team: Recruiters in training are moderators who help assist Recruiters in picking the best of the best members for our staff team. They participate in Helper interviews, review applications, etc.

Bug Testing Team: A Community+ team that works closely with developers in order to find, test, and patch bugs with our server.

Streams Team: A Community+ team that works with our Youtube and Twitch streamers to provide a safe, stable environment to record on!
