looking for staff

Hello Everyone,

Before I get into the jist let me give everyone a little background. I have had the idea for a while to setup a minecraft server for others to enjoy, however I haven't had the time to do so. College and work has been consuming my life. However, after starting a new semester, I have given serious thought in starting it back up.

I am here looking for a partner who is self managed, devoted, and willing to put the time in to make the server succeful.

You will be responsible for making decisions that can impact the server on a global scale and have the authority to do anything you see fit.

Your Responsibilities:
-Hire staff (mods, builders, etc.)
-Manage these staff members until division of labor has been established.
-Install plugins and help configure as required.
-be my right hand man as I will be on every now and then but not soo much do to school.

Requirements:
-maturity. Maturity over age is more important to me. The more mature you are the better of a change you shall have of receiving the job.
- you must know the innerworkings of a server and know how to setup plugins and dependancies.
-you Must be able to come up with fresh ideas and implement them on my approval.

Still reading? Good lol, by being a partner. I will handle getting a server (sorry hosts who are reading this, I already have one and you cannot beat the price). This will be an oppertunity for you to have your server the way you like it without the hassle of money. Another inventive, you will get 75% of all donations received.

Other info: positions are not guaranteed Payment. Payment subject to minimum working age requirements. If you do not meet these and if your position does become a paying position, payment shall be forfeited until the day you turn 16. Subject to donations. I am responsible for server costs only, any other costs incurred not by me, they shall be paid in full by the person who initiated the costs. Filling out the application doesn't mean you shall get hired.
