Looking for staff

Hello MCM!

I currently own a new server, that was recently launched 1-2 days ago.

Right now I am looking for a few staff members such as the following:

• Developer - I need someone who can code, debug setups. A professional would be appreciated
• Moderators - 18+
• Helpers - 15+

I will try to make this server legitimate, so I'll be needing mature and experienced staff members.

The developer will be payed a fair split of what the server gets. So it will depend on your work.
I may have only a few posts, and no reactions. But I do vouch for myself that I am trustworthy.

So the server launched a day or two ago, and the developer will be payed a percentage of whatever the server receives. And you vouch for yourself. My advice - get yourself a starting budget. Because I doubt you'll attract any decent developers without it.

And yes I vouch for myself, we all need a starting point. And as to your advice, I already have a starting budget. This is now the middle stage. Starting stage done. Thanks for your advice.

Personally I don't like being paid from what the server makes, as that didn't go well for me before. What are you needing the dev's to make?

that might be abit of a problem. Developers got the hardest job here. Coding in commands for ranks custom coding a raffle, and alot more.

I understand what you mean. By "ended badly" , you either mean you did not get paid properly or the server did not run well.
I have answered something that might click something for you, as we will pay you an equal split. No spam. And if you can code exactly what I request, we should be able to get the server going smoothly and not end badly.
