How well you know to moderate? On a scale of 1 through 10 I rate myself an 8, I have owned a sucessful 20 player server till my paypal got hacked and I had to shut it down due to not having funds to pay for it.
What do Staff Managers do(Testing you if you know what to do if you are a staff manager)? I will manage staff, checking to see who abuses and who is doing a good job, I will also do the role of a mod such as banning advertisers or warning spammers, this is extra but I can also config any plugins needed help on.

I think that I would be good for a job of staff on your server because I have experience and I can help a lot the experience I have Is I used to own a server and now I have helped out develop server for people that are struggling and just need a few ranks made or anything I think that fi you pick me for the staff job on your server that I will help a lot and that I can help you from hacker. I can do this as I used to use hacked clients and I know what people act like whenever thay have the hacked clients installed. I think that if I do get to do this I can help make your server a better and more friendly, hack-free environment,

I can help with most plugins actually nearly every plugin as I am very good at stuff like that just not making plugins

Ture but im not going to lie i am. I would also just accept mod too.Just one small thing. If you are applying to be head of staff.. Probably not best to mention you only know the basics.

How can we trust you? I am very trusted on here and another forums (i can link you to it if needed). I've never griefed a server or anything of the such and find helping players very fun.
Will you help support the server? I will bring in some friends and help players who need help. I will maybe donate some money to the server if i feel like it is good enough for it and i believe it might be. I will also be very active so no one can say the staff is inactive since i will usually be on to help them with any issues
