I am looking for a banner for my server. I want the banner to be static so I don't want text moving all around. Although I would like the background to have some sort of affect. The server is based on cookieclicker so it's colours and style should be based around that.
What I want (list version):
- The server IP not being swapped out with server features,
- A background that has slight animation but too not much,
- The theme is cookie clicker so make it like cookie clicker colours please (orange).
I have some idea's if they would be possible for a cheap price:
- Cookies falling from the top to the bottom behind the server IP,
- Make the background move a little with some sort of affect.
