I've been playing Pixelmon for well over a year now, but probably just under 2 years.
During this time, I have played on multiple servers, only 2 or so for more then a few days, but many for a few hours. They all had pro's and cons. These past few months though I've become increasingly annoyed with finding a server that I can call 'home' that has everything I want. None have even come close.
What I want:
First it should be known what I want, and it should be known that I'm not looking to super market this server to make money or anything, I'm doing this purely because I'd love to see my dream a reality, and I'm sure there are other players out there who're looking for what I am looking for too.
I would like to uphold an environment that is both welcoming/friendly, but also mature and adult. I want to be PVP friendly, but anti-grief. I want a community for players.
What I have:
I know some who are reading this are thinking.. This is a lot to shove into a server. How are you going to do it?! Well first off, as I've said I have been around and have been somewhat of a server hopper. I've seen servers go from the default list, to being dead and offline with in a week. A common problem that I see a lot of is hardware/software. So I decided to go big, or go home. This is in the works to be purchased as we speak;
Intel Xeon-D 1540 - 8c/16t - 2.1GHz/2.6GHz
64GB DDR4 ECC 2133 MHz
250 Mbps bandwidth up to 10 Gbps
vRack: 10 Gbps
with disk option:
Hybrid HardRaid 2x2TB + 2x480 GB SSD

(PS: If you get to me early enough Ill be able to choose an OS that helps you more)
I sincerely hope this will be enough for what I want, if not I'll upgrade.
It should be noted here that another failing I see on the part of some servers is the owners lack of funds, or lack of income from the server. I will not have this problem. I'm setting this server up purely out of joy and love for the mod and the game. Even if no one logs in for the first 6 months, it'll still be up on the 7th month. Again, I'm not here for monetary gain, and I have an income that can support the hosts costs for a long time to come.
With that in mind, and an idea of the future and what I have envisioned, we finally get to why I am posting here:

I need help. I don't know a damn thing about setting the server up with that hardware, and that site probably (read: They wont, I've asked) help with it. In the past when I've hosted servers for Vanilla, and other games, I've used a sites like MCProhosting. But In this case, I just didn't feel like they had enough horsepower under the hood for what I wanted.
So I'm hoping to find someone who can do all of this, here. I cant say that Ill be able to pay you the most you've ever seen. Hell Ill probably struggle to get you the minimum, but I will be there every step of the way helping with what I can, and learning what I can. Ill be honest and upfront. I don't know what industry standard is, but I will at least TRY to make it worth your while, and I will go out of my way to ensure your help doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated, because it wont.
TL;DR: I need someone to help me set up the server as the host isn't providing any of that support. They would also need to be able to help with plugins, as well as website (as the host doesn't come with an enjin trial or anything so one will have to probably either be built from scratch or gone through another service.)

- Capacity of 150-200 active players
- Mini-games (1-shot (1 in the quiver, either or), knockback wars, etc.) & Arenas
- Claims
- Buycraft
- Website (Enjin or other, idc.)
- Gyms (for each Gen, then a final set for all Gens)
- Elite 4 (same as above)
- Post Elite 4 content
- Ability to update with the official mod
