An expert within the space, someone who has been around Minecraft and who is active in the biggest communities.
Someone who knows the market well understands what's popular and what's not.
Someone who can not only come up with new ideas but also execute them.
Someone who is hardworking and who is not afraid to grind it out sometimes ( Since I'll be paying for everything, and running the projects I need people who will work as hard as me to ensure success)

I'm 24 years old. I currently work as a digital marketing manager for one of the biggest companies of its type in the UK, we do things like:

Technical implementation
Quality assurance & testing
If you're interested in doing something new and exciting with a professional team, and solid management and funding please get in contact with me. I'm not sure what type of server we will be making yet, there's a lot of discussions to have about that. I also want to set up other things like topsites, etc within the Minecraft space.
