Hello!

I'm looking for the best custom jar for my upcoming network.

1 | I currently only have Towny (1.14.4) with a current player base of 10-15 without really advertising, there's mostly a 20TPS but lately, I've been experiencing some random TPS drops lately, but it's mostly stable.

Is there a custom jar around for a 1.14.4 Towny server?

2 | I'm also going to be adding;
  • Factions
  • Prison
  • Skyblock

We're expecting to boost our player base in all game modes,
would be nice to get a jar that I could use for multiple game modes, what will be the best one for me to use?

I'm fairly new to custom jars, so not sure whether I need Stellar/Elapsed or not.

I also saw that they can reduce the RAM usage for like Faction servers immensely, is this true?

Thanks for your advice!

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Depends on your budget. I definitely recommend beer or elapsed for exceptional performance.

I don't think there are custom jars released for 1.14.4. Last time I checked spigot had terrible performance on 1.14.4 so I doubt that anything significant has been made in custom jars.

Hmm, that's exactly what I thought, thank you!

Okay thanks! Do you know the price of BeerSpigot and what game modes would you recommend this for, only Factions?

And what game modes do you think I can use ElapsedSpigot on?

If you're not already using Paper for Towny, I highly recommend you do. Paper has a ton of performance improvements over normal Spigot and all plugins are compatible.

I hear the new 1.15 (coming out in a few days?) is suppose to fix a lot of server-side performance issues 1.14 brought with it. May want to see what happens once released?

This is false. They only care and focus about client-side lag and bugs. Mojang don't really care server-side issues.
