I have succesfully completed an education in "Business and Leadership" in Georgetown University in Washington DC.
This university is placed in the top 5 of the best Business universities in the WORLD.
furthermore, I sell a lot of (selfmade) items on the internet and know how to deal with unsatisfied customers and how to make them satisfied, in any possible scenario.
