Looking for the plugin with /bminfo (And alerts alting)

Looking for the plugin that some HCF server's use
/bminfo checks players ban and mute info.
The plugin also sends alerts when a player is on an alt.
Please reply if you know

Banman is buggy as shit but the other owner of my server remade it. I would sell it to u but seeing as I can't even get ahold of him. Ik he doesn't care cuz well money is money and we both own the dam thing but eh.
