Looking for the Price on some plugins!

Hi, I am new here and have a decent budget. Could someone telling me the cost of each of these plugins! thanks

1) A Skyfall plugin similar to the old Mineplex minigame by the same name. Players Spawn on glass blocks over the void with an elytra and after a countdown are dropped and can fly around from island to island collecting loot from chests that refill and can fly through rings clay that will give the players a boost and then turn red for a cooldown.

2) A plugin that blocks scoreboards form other plugins from appearing.

3) Just the rings form the first plugin.

Can't you just get the scoreboard the player has (player.getScoreboard), then either get the objective and check the title to a list of allowed titles, or get the plugin its coming from (i dont know if the last option is possible, i havent tried)
