Looking for third partner

Hello, everyone. A close friend NotOkay and myself have decided to go ahead with a plan to start a server. We are only sure that it will be a PvP server, no specifications have been made. Before we begin working on the server, thinking about the server, or even knowing for sure the server is going up, we need a third partner.

I will not be able to provide funds for the server, unfortunately, but will work as the owner as well as manager so we do not need to hire another, and NotOkay will provide limited funds. Most funds will be provided by our third partner.

Also, most profits will be given to said third partner.

No, this third partner will be an owner of the server as well, and as long as they are funding (at the beginning) they will be paid more from profits. When we get rolling, the profits will be equally given out to the three owners and other paid-positions such as a developer, build team, etc.
