NOTE: This version is not the FactionsUUID by drtshock

FactionsUUID by drtshock does both. For some reason claimline isn't advertised, but the code is there.

This version has truces aswell as claimline, please read.

Claims faction land in a line based on North, South, East, or West, for X distance.
