I am currently searching for these two plugins or skirpts.

Random mining rewards. (like there is a 1% chance for people getting a random spawner when mining)

Fishing spawners theres a %% people get for fishing they get random rewards

If you know about these plugins let me know please x

Clip has something like this on Spigot.

I want to say that I saw something like this as a script on Spigot some time ago but I don't entirely remember.
