Looking for tnt optimizations with paperspigot jar Paying $125

I need a custom coded paper spigot 1.8.8 jar file that takes that improves on the tnt explosion algorithm I know this is not a easy task. Also I know you can set optimize cannons to true I need to have it be much better than that. I know many people have done it from asking around and I do have a dev but he is currently working on other projects and he was not sure about this one and to not waste time I would prefer if someone knows about this that they can do it faster.

Needs to increase server performance without changing any of the mechanics of tnt. This is because tnt cannons need to work the same.
