Looking for trained staff

Hello, I am the owner of multiblox and we need staff as we are starting to get a lot of players on the server and we are now in need of mature staff that can be active on the server and help players.

Requirements to become staff:

• You must have a working microphone and access to our discord.
• You must be able to record and upload video evidence for reports and players breaking the rules.
• you must not be current staff on any other server or network.
• you must be mature
• you must be active on the server, discord, and forums

Info about the server:
Multiblox is a new prison server that is fun for everyone. we got a small playerbase of 5-10 players on most of the day.

Your requirements and your title don't match. Someone who is trained has worked on large servers with proper training detailed to that network/server.

You simply asked for no one whom is 13 and would mess around but are fine with someone whom is 14 and would do the same. Age doesn't reflect maturity.

We don't want a 13 year old who just wants to play around with staff perms.
We want someone who is devoted to the server and wants to help the community.
You will also need to be online alot.

14 is our minimum age. just because they are most likely going to be more mature.

As I said, age does not reflect maturity. I've worked on large servers and have seen 12 year olds be extremely more mature then a 14 year old. I've even had this in groups in real life. Age requirements are not for maturity, they are for life experiences and ability to handle stress.
