Looking for TWO Administrators for Cipheria & OPPlays

Hello MC-Market users,

Today, I will be exploring and looking into hiring two unique administrators for different servers. (OPPlays.com and Cipheria.co) Currently, my partner Projecki and I are dealing with a lot of IRL issues.. We rather not sell our projects nor give up on them. So personally I believe it is best to find someone that will update them daily/weekly for us.. Listening to player suggestions, fixing bugs, making change logs, hosting events, and etc..

Requirements we are looking for:
- Must be able to make/setup OP Prison, OP Skyblock, and OP Factions. (Regular Skyblock for Cipheria)
- Must be able to communicate to me via iMessage, Snapchat, *Slack, *Discord, etc.. (Daily - Required = *)
- Must know your way around Buycraft, PuTTY, Linux, FTPs, and etc..
- Must be able to match our certain style / theme within the server.
- Must be able to dedicate 3-6 hours a day (If possible, if not we can re-arrange)
- Must have proof of previous work (On a live server, test server, screenshots, etc..)
- Age isn't a huge deal as understanding there are various kids that are younger and more mature than adults, as well learning wise and understanding wise.
- Must be able to help advertise, spamming the back of .org and other methods. (Youtubers, slots, renting time, and etc will be dealt/paid by us)
- Manage Social Media (We will try to become more active with our social media, if you want us to post something new)
- Must be able to work / setup MySQL Databases
- Have some sense on how Xenforo works
- Have some sense on Discord Servers

OPPlays has been recently purchased by myself and my partner (Projecki). We switched over the hosting to our OVH box, revamped the staff team just a tad, but currently I have been working on an OP Skyblock, Lobby, and OP Factions reset/revamp.. The Lobby is finished, Skyblock is almost complete, and Factions just needs a little bit of work to be completed.
On a scale:
Lobby - 100% Complete
OP Skyblock - 90% Complete
OP Factions - 70% Complete

Stats: Currently it has been down for maintenance so we do not know what to expect with our advertisements just quite yet.
(Someone by the name of HushiPuppy and ReVvs are claiming they own the artwork and name OPPlays.. As they are using a different domain, please do not believe this is OPPlays or us. We will be taking action against them shortly to secure our rights to OPPlays.)

What we really need?
We are looking for someone that will be able to dedicate time, operate it, update these servers, help complete them, and expand these communities even further than they are..

Pay?
At this moment we can not afford to pay those but in the future we do plan to pay these administrators.

No Format?
I do not have format for this, I rather be able to talk to whoever is interested gain detail, learn about them, and see a portfolio.

What about the other staff?
We currently have a small team that operates with systems and setups, but they are MIA due to work, school, mid-terms/finals, or just have IRL issues. When they come back, you will not be removed from the team or pushed to the side.. Everyone will be working together on these projects and updates.

I only ask because your spawn, and setup is clearly not custom. It is indeed a downloaded one, or you bought it off someone. I only say this, due to the fact I used to be Staff on a server that had the exact same spawn, gkit, feather board, everything placed at spawn is the exact same, and so on. I mean it is a IDENTICAL copy. I was just curious of you bought it off the person I am thinking of, or if you just got it off MCM as a download.

To answer you question, I didn't buy or download anything. The setup was given to me by a friend as Cipheria was suppose to be a quick and small server project, wasn't suppose to be anything unique. It's not a huge deal as I talked to Lemon and he kind of dropped it and gave up due to the fact all the files have been leaked various times. Just I used them instead of kept spreading.

Don't get me wrong, it may be a great opportunity for someone. However, which such requirements, I'm unsure if someone will dedicate themselves so much for nothing in return (as in payment).

You will still definitely find someone for the position, however, it might just take a bit longer

Also, may I ask why you are needing 3-6 hours a day? In reality, no one has that kind of time. At least, not every day. And, if you have two, would it not be better to have 3-6 hours a day between the two of them, so then each can do 1 and a hlaf hours. It just seems more reasonable times. I personally am interested, however as RIF-Trans can you already own a server to do this. I am a Manager on a SkyBlock server, and I made the server from the ground up. I made the entire second map from scratch. I would be interested, however your times throw me off. While, yes the setup is not custom, it has the potential because it is good. Do you plan on hiring people to help make your "Second Map" etc?

As personally I know, I am quite busy as a 17 year old trying to manage my time steadily which I have been but I have made sacrifices recently. Yes, I understand fully, I can drive, I am about to be 18 and I am in the Military, so I know what it is like to be consumed of time. The only thing you can't buy is time. So, I know what you mean. However, what all needs done with Cipheria, or is it more so just maintenance and updates?
