Looking for up to 10 Builders for upcoming Network.

Hello Everyone! It's Justinnuke.

Most of you don't know me, but I'm hoping you will soon. Currently I am working on a very ambitious project, that needs a lot of worldpainter skill, which I lack. I can build in the game, but as soon as it comes to putting in biomes and trees in world painter, my brain just goes, "huh?".
Anyway, I digress. I am currently looking for 10 independent builders who are looking for work.
As a builder I know that it's hard to put your passion into something if you aren't sure of the fact that you are getting paid. If you need to get paid today, this post probably isn't for you. But, if you are like me, and think far ahead, this could be a great opportunity for everyone involved.

I won't be able to pay you much upfront, but I am willing to give contract percentages of server profits, when the server is up and running. (Probably within a month). If you are confused about this, an example would be, "5% profits for 3 months, or until a number we agree upon on discord is paid."

I understand there is risk in this, but by taking a bit of risk, you will have first access to an exclusive build team, backed by a inventive, unique, and fun server. I will be hands on, and work my butt off to make sure my people get jobs, and get paid, no matter how long it takes. I will fight for you, and don't be afraid to let me know how you feel, what your concerns are, etc.
