Looking For Username -> E-Mail Resolver

A while back, when Mojang first made it so you needed the original e-mail used to register the account, I ran across. This resolver used some sort of database, if I recall correctly, to get the original e-mail. Does anyone have a link for this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. I feel like it was something else, that maybe was run by a couple specific people, but if that's the only one, then that's too bad.
