I am buying a very high quality detailed Hub Spawn that needs to be to my exact specifications. This hub will be used in a very large project I am doing, and it needs to meet EVERY expectation I have which goes as following:

• Nordic Style
• 4 Portals
• Not too busy floor (uneven)
• Very extremely detailed
