Looking for Voluntary Designers - Varying Experience

Hello I am ChiefSmarties, and I co-own an upcoming server that is hopeful to release within a few weeks. Knowing this, I have decided it is time to begin searching for a few designers, developers, and other staff to complete this phase of our server. Specifically right now I am looking for designers that are capable of anything whether it be logos, icons, animated banners, and anything else. We are open to anyone and do have some stuff ready in turn for your work towards the server. Going off of that, we will not be paying any designers as of now, though that does not mean you will be working for free. We will provide anything from advice/tips to in-game perks on our server and discord. I hope to meet some of you designers and hopefully we can create a great server with some of your help!
