Looking for Volunteer Plugin Developers & Discord Bot Developer – Help Bring Back Factions!

We’re looking for passionate volunteer plugin developers & a Discord bot developer to join our team and help revive one of Minecraft’s most beloved gamemodes: Factions. We want to revive, modernize, and bring back Factions that is not P2W, something that has not existed for many years.

Our goal is to recreate the classic Factions experience while also improving and modernizing it for today’s players. We believe this project is more than just developing a server it’s about bringing back nostalgia, community, and the thrill of fair non-P2W competition that made Factions unforgettable. That is why we are looking for passionate developers to help with our project.

(Plugin Developer) What we’re looking for:

• Someone with experience in Java and Spigot/Paper plugin development.
• A developer who shares a passion for Factions and wants to help bring it back to life.
• Willing to collaborate, brainstorm, and work on this as a community-driven passion project.

(Discord Bot Developer) What we're looking for:

• Someone with experience in Discord.js/Node.js/Python development.

nobody will be interested in volunteer work. it takes developers lots of time and effort to do what they do, and for most people, it's a real job for them. it'll be really hard to find a dev who'd work for free, but good luck!

Yeah, we're aware. We're just hoping there is someone but we know that it's unlikely to find anyone.

You can look into utilizing AI for development. It still requires some time and technical skill to prompt and build the JARs, but its better than nothing.
