Looking for Web Developer (Form needed)

Hello!

It appears that i am in the need of a web developer!
Basically what i need is a web developer to work with me to design and develop a website with the following
Custom Forum
Shop

If you think your up to the task put information about yourself below (what programming languages do you know... Stuff like that) also link previous work you have done and tell me how much you would expect to make from this job.

*Please note i don't have that high end of a budget*

Forum or form? There's a big difference. If it's a form, there are scripts out there. If those aren't enough, feel free to contact me and I'll do it for cheap.

If you need a actual forum I suggest downloading one, phpBB and MyBB are great free examples!

Your not getting a custom forum, but you could try out something like IPboard or enjin, etc
