Hm. So what exactly will your position be? What would be the benefits of working with/for you? Why would it be better than the current method developers have now, working by themselves, which seems to work pretty well.

If you are new you could build up your portfolio like i currently have someone atm.

That didn't answer any of my questions lol. On a place like MCM, it's super easy to build up a portfolio and get your name out there when working alone, even if you're new. Developers working with other developers, especially random people they just met, will almost always cause a lot of problems and not work out. Gl
