Looking for Website Developers (Paid)

Hey, I am one of the owners of an up and coming business. We are looking for website developers who we can work with and can hire again in the future. We have had the website for a while now but we are looking for a developer now.

The developer will need to be able to:
- Add and configure themes
- Add and configure plugins
- Know all about Xenforo
- And the rest will be discussed.

We are not going to post the website on the forums. If you would like to see it just ask and we will have no problem doing so.

As for our budget, we will be willing to work with your budget if you are an outstanding developer. However, we are looking for just a theme installation right now. We would prefer to find someone who can do it for around $20-$30.
