Who am I?, What am I doing?:
Hello everybody, I am making a new network called LlamaCraft. I have owned many servers in the past, my recent one being CrownMe. CrownMe was an amazing server averaging 100+ players and peeking at 300. I am looking for some developers to invest their time to develop a network a long with 2 other developers I hired to help make the server more enjoyable when we release. Pay is going to be given after release and given to people who are the most dedicated to the server. There is no need to worry here as I have made $9,000 USD in a single month. This will be nothing to what we are going to make on LlamaCraft. This server is going to be something, knowing that the discord has 1,000+ members 4 days after opening the discord alone (the server it self isn't even open yet). I am basically coming here to find people that are willing to help and wanting to be apart of something absolutely big. It is your choice to invest your time, but may I tell you this; you will not regret it at the end of the day. I am not here to play around with my server, I will be taking this serious as I did with my other servers.
What you will be doing:
Basically I need developers specifically to help me make small plugins that will make the server a tad bit more unique than others. Ideas will vary, as he really like listening to our community members. You will also be able to input your own ideas as long as you are going to put forth effort. I am not looking for money from anyone, all I want from you is your time and willingness to work. I can explain my backstory a lot more if needed in DM. Other than that, please make sure you can put in effort if you are going to contact me.
What you will be getting:
This will of course vary on what you do and how much effort you put into your work. At the end of the day, you will be getting paid if you are interested. Donations will come in when we release and we have no worries to release as long as our team does their work. We do not hire slackers. We see you slacking, you are gone. Meaning, if you decide to "join" and not do any work. You will for sure not be getting ANYTHING out of the server.
