Looking for work!

Hello there! I'm just a fellow Minecrafter looking for a Factions or any sort of PvP server like Badlion or Kohi that needs some extra help or has staff applications opened to the public. I'm willing to do anything for the server, (mod, admin, builder, etc.) as long as the server meets these guidelines:
1. Server is Factions and/or PvP based,
2. Server has at least 150+ players on average playing.
3. Server is 24/7, (running all-day and all-night).
4. Server has a custom domain. (Not 196.182.1.12, more like na.badlion.net).
5. and finally, server is U.S. hosted. (Hosted in the United States).
I have been admin and moderator on many servers, friends and strangers, so I do have experience in this kind of field. I've noticed the spike of hackers growing in the Minecraft community on servers, and I have friends that used to hack and do hack, so I know their tricks and patterns pretty well, which is a big bonus in today's Minecraft experience.
If you are willing to have me work as staff or take it over completely, which I'm willing to do, I'm okay with giving out my Skype username for contact.

Vouch! This kid is really good at server administration he has been Co-Owner on my server when I used to run it. He doesn't swear or be rude under any circumstances!
