Looking for Xenforo 2.1 dev to make modifications to site

Here is everything we need:
- Business Account
- ability to have more than 1 ( with ranks )
- trash/delete threads
- Able to use auto responder
- Exclusive Business Account user banner
- Not able to give out reactions or feedback

- Make user groups have permissions to role users during investigation of scam report or issue (only certain roles)

- Reaction system for content similar to mc-market's

- On the home page, next to a section on the most recent post there, make the username match the users rank instead of being gray.

- Feedback system similar to mc-market's

- Ability to pin a profile post

Relate to the official xenforo forums then, Hardly anyone here can code xenforo addons.
You're just going to spend way more on custom development when you have public resources.

Well get ready to spend in hundreds on unnecessary addons and stuff u dont *like*
And trust me there is no one who's capable in mcm to do most of ur requesting - im still new to xenforo's structure so im not capable of creating most of what your requesting and the only place you can find someone who makes addon is there.
