because this allows the youtuber to make possibly allot more than just a simple payment per episode. it helps the fans by giving them %10 off the shop and helps the server by paying the youtuber for the amount of traffic that they bring. its a win win win...
Can i ask how this system id flawed?

Good luck finding someone, I like this idea a lot. Maybe post what percent of the donation you will give them, and if you can afford it maybe a down payment? To attract youtubers.
