Looking for Youtubers/Sales Reps/Advertisers

Hey! I'm looking for a few people that can bring customers my way. Basically, looking for people that can do the hard work of finding customers or, in a youtuber's case, tell people to go to me if looking for graphics.

Here's my basic proposal for anyone interested:
10% on every sale ($5< ) until I know you're good at what you do
After that:
$1 on every item worth $5 only (Basically if someone buys an avatar only, you get $1)
10% on every sale $5-$10 (non inclusive)
25% on every sale $10-$25 (non inclusive)
20% on every sale $25+ (inclusive)

Youtubers will have a special 'code' designated that the person should use when ordering, that way I know which youtuber it is that is helping me out.

Percents are negotiable, but be reasonable.
